OtherFolk® is a design and production studio specialising in B2B content, branding, and digital experiences. We partner with marketing teams to create distinctive work across whitepapers, long-form reports, presentations, websites, digital advertising and motion.
Role Overview
We are looking for Senior Presentation Designers to join our team on a freelance basis. You will focus on turning complex ideas into clear, engaging presentation content using Google Slides and PowerPoint. The role is heavily production-led, with an emphasis on structure, hierarchy and usability across slide-based formats, while keeping everything on-brand and ready for real-world use. Please note that although OtherFolk® is a fully remote studio, you must be a UK-based freelancer to join our roster.
Job Responsibilities
Design and build presentation decks in Google Slides and PowerPoint with strong structure, clear hierarchy and considered typography.
Create master templates and reusable systems that make decks easy for client teams to use and maintain.
Develop client-facing presentation decks for sales, pitches and campaigns, ensuring consistency and polish throughout.
Translate complex content into clear, structured slides that communicate effectively in live and asynchronous settings.
Adapt long-form content into presentation formats, focusing on clarity, pacing and visual storytelling.
Create and apply on-brand iconography, illustration and technical diagrams to support clarity and communication.
Apply and interpret brand guidelines across decks, and flag gaps or inconsistencies where needed.
Prepare files for delivery, ensuring everything is tidy, labelled, accessible and production-ready for client teams.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years' experience in presentation design, with a clear focus on B2B content.
- A strong portfolio showing high-quality work across Google Slides and PowerPoint decks.Excellent typography, layout and hierarchy skills, specifically for slide-based formats.
- Deep understanding of how presentations are used in real-world contexts, including client delivery.
- Confidence building templates and scalable systems within Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Experience simplifying complex information into clear, structured slides.
- Comfortable working from supplied brand guidelines and content, while improving clarity and consistency.
- Strong communication skills, reliability and a calm, organised approach to deadlines.
